The company helped launch and continues to be the main partner behind Colorado Gives Day and Arizona Gives Day, which has raised more than $155 million for nonprofits since their inceptions ($145 million was donated in CO; $10.1 million in AZ). All the company's officers serve on boards and committees of nonprofit organizations, and the bank provides its employees two days paid time off (PTO) annually to support causes they're passionate about.
