24-Hour Telephone Customer Service Representatives work in a fast paced call center atmosphere. Using strong problem solving skills, these knowledgeable representatives perform similar duties as tellers, personal bankers, and new account representatives all over the telephone, helping to make FirstBank as accessible as possible twenty-four hours a day. FirstBank's Management Trainee Program is a great opportunity for someone interested in entry level management. The program gives individuals the opportunity to learn lending and all areas of bank operations, such as financial analysis, customer service, personnel management, as well as bank growth and profitability. Successful candidates are hardworking, motivated individuals with good customer service skills. A four-year business degree or MBA, with courses in accounting and finance, and a minimum grade point average of 3.0 are required. We do not require prior banking experience.
FirstBank's Information Technology team provides numerous opportunities for those interested in using technology to support business needs. FirstBank has several teams actively developing new applications in Java, .NET, and Cobol. Support is needed to configure and maintain third-party applications, as well as support FirstBank's infrastructure. Positions include, but are not limited to, Application Developers, System Administrators, Database Administrators, Security Analysts, Reporting Specialists, and Help Desk personnel. Experience in the financial industry is not required. Former technology experience is helpful for entry level positions, but not required.
