ELIGIBILITY
The COLLEGE SAVINGS ACCOUNT PROMOTION is open to all FirstBank College Savings Account owners who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of May 1st, 2023, and are either legal residents of Colorado or Arizona or are international/foreign exchange students possessing a current valid United States student visa and are residing in Colorado or Arizona. FirstBank employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter or win. Each entrant, by participating in COLLEGE SAVINGS ACCOUNT PROMOTION agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the Sponsor's decisions.
TIMING
COLLEGE SAVINGS ACCOUNT PROMOTION begins May 1st, 2023 at 12:01 A.M. MDT and ends May 31st, 2023 at 11:59 P.M. MDT (the "Promotion Period").
CONDITIONS
An eligible entrant may only enter via the registration methods as described above. Incomplete entries are void. By entering, entrants acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules including all eligibility requirements. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. No substitutions or transfer of prize permitted.
CONSUMER DISCLOSURE: PRIZE DESCRIPTION
You have not yet won. The COLLEGE SAVINGS ACCOUNT PROMOTION winners agree that:
Two (2) Grand Prizes will be awarded, one to a Colorado resident and one to an Arizona resident. Each Grand Prize consists of a $2,500 USD cash prize. Two (2) Second Place Prizes will be awarded, one to a Colorado resident and one to an Arizona resident. Each Second Place Prize consists of a $1,000 USD cash prize. Two (2) Third Place Prizes will be awarded, one to a Colorado resident and one to an Arizona resident. Each Third Place Prize consists of a $500 USD cash prize.

Cash prize will be deposited into the winner's FirstBank College Savings Account within 90 days of June 9th, 2023. All costs and expenses associated with the prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, including but not limited to lodging, transportation costs, meals, beverages, gratuities and other expenses incurred by accepting the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The prize winner, should he/she be selected, agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of the promotion as provided by the Sponsor.
DETERMINATION OF WINNERS
Six (6) random drawings will be conducted on or around Friday, June 9th, 2023 from among all eligible entries received. An individual may only win one (1) prize from any contest/promotion/giveaway hosted by the Sponsor during a calendar year.
Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. The winners will be notified by telephone and/or email and/or regular mail. Any attempt to deliberately damage the content or operation of this COLLEGE SAVINGS ACCOUNT PROMOTION is unlawful and subject to legal action by the Sponsor. Sponsor's selection of the winners is binding and conclusive. The winners agree to the use by Sponsor and its designees of his/her name, city and state and photograph/likeness for advertising, promotional and other purposes, worldwide and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media, now known or hereafter devised (including and without limitation, the Internet) without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

TAXES
All applicable federal, state and local tax associated with winning a prize in the COLLEGE SAVINGS ACCOUNT PROMOTION will be the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners receiving a prize with a retail value of $600 or more will be provided a 1099 form for income tax purposes.
LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMERS
By participating in the COLLEGE SAVINGS ACCOUNT PROMOTION, entrants, agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor from and against any injuries, losses, damages, claims, actions and any liability of any kind resulting from or arising from participation in the COLLEGE SAVINGS ACCOUNT PROMOTION or acceptance, possession, use, misuse or nonuse of the prizes (including, without limitation, any travel or travel-related activity thereto) that may be awarded. Sponsor are not responsible for technical, computer, mechanical, printing, typographical, human or other errors relating to or in connection with the COLLEGE SAVINGS ACCOUNT PROMOTION, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the COLLEGE SAVINGS ACCOUNT PROMOTION, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes or in any COLLEGE SAVINGS ACCOUNT PROMOTION related materials; or for stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, inaccurate, undelivered, delayed or illegible entries or postage due entries or mail; or for electronic, computer, or telephonic malfunction error, fail to enter into the processing system, or are processed, reported, or transmitted late or incorrectly or are lost for any reason including computer, telephone, paper transfer, or human or other error. If in the Sponsor's opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the COLLEGE SAVINGS ACCOUNT PROMOTION, or if computer viruses, bugs, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or technical difficulties or failures compromise or corrupt or affect the administration, integrity, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the COLLEGE SAVINGS ACCOUNT PROMOTION, the Sponsor at its sole discretion reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and/or void any entries submitted fraudulently, to modify or suspend the COLLEGE SAVINGS ACCOUNT PROMOTION, or to terminate the COLLEGE SAVINGS ACCOUNT PROMOTION. As a condition of entering the COLLEGE SAVINGS ACCOUNT PROMOTION, entrants, or if a minor, their parents or legal guardians agrees that; a) under no circumstances will entrants be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrants hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses; b) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this COLLEGE SAVINGS ACCOUNT PROMOTION or the prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and c) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred and in no event shall entrant be entitled to receive attorney's fees or other legal costs. Sponsor reserves the right to modify prize award procedures. As used in this section, "Sponsor" means the Sponsor named in section 11 below and its officers, directors or board members, agents, representatives, and employees.
GOVERNING LAW
This COLLEGE SAVINGS ACCOUNT PROMOTION and these Official Rules shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado without regard to its principles of conflicts of law and jurisdiction and venue shall be solely within the State of Colorado. This COLLEGE SAVINGS ACCOUNT PROMOTION is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
